Day 1 – Sebayur Island, Manta Point & Taka Makassar
09:30 WITA – Pick-up from your hotel or airport and transfer to the harbour.
Start Sailing – Begin your Komodo adventure aboard Raffles Sailing.

We recommend arriving in Labuan Bajo at least one day before the scheduled sailing date to reduce the risk of missing the trip due to flight delays or cancellations.
The itinerary and destinations may change without prior notice due to weather conditions, sea currents, safety considerations, National Park regulations or decisions from port authorities.
PAYMENT & RESERVATION
A minimum 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the trip.
The reservation is confirmed after the required down payment has been received.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation more than 4 months before the trip: 50% refund.
Cancellation 2–3 months before the trip: 30% refund.
Cancellation 1 month or less before the trip: no refund.
The down payment cannot be returned or transferred to another date. Guests may arrange a replacement person, subject to approval.
Cancellation or changes caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, severe weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations or other circumstances beyond our control, may result in rescheduling according to the applicable policy.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled trip.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
In case of severe weather or other safety-related circumstances, the itinerary may be changed for passenger safety.
RESPONSIBILITY
The boat operator is not responsible for flight schedules, delays or cancellations, baggage damage or loss, hotel issues or other transportation problems outside the boat’s control.
The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings during the trip.
Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to facilities or equipment provided to them and may be required to pay the appropriate replacement cost.
All participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader and crew throughout the trip.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Participants who cause serious disturbance or behavior that makes other guests uncomfortable may be removed from the trip without a refund.
