Booking & Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the booking terms provided at the time of reservation.
Price & Rate Policy
All rates are subject to the selected package, sailing duration, number of guests, and applicable operational costs. Rates may be adjusted without prior notice due to changes in fuel prices, exchange rates, taxes, government regulations, or other costs beyond the operator’s control.
Booking Procedures
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed after the required deposit has been received. Guests should provide accurate booking information and follow all instructions provided by the Zada Ulla team.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation date and the applicable booking policy. Please confirm the current cancellation terms with the operator before making payment.
Force Majeure
Zada Ulla reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a trip in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government regulations, port restrictions, or unsafe sea conditions.
Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be changed when necessary for operational or safety reasons. The captain and crew have the authority to make decisions regarding the route and activities based on weather, sea conditions, and passenger safety.
Passenger Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow all safety instructions from the captain and crew throughout the trip.
Liability
Zada Ulla is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, lost or damaged baggage, hotel issues, or other transportation arrangements outside the vessel’s control.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage, diving and water activities, and other travel-related risks.
Safety
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew. Activities may be restricted or modified when conditions are considered unsafe.
Agreement
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable booking terms and conditions.
