RESERVATION & PAYMENT
A minimum 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the trip.
The reservation is confirmed after the required down payment has been received.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation 4 months or more before the trip: 50% refund.
Cancellation 2–3 months before the trip: 30% refund.
Cancellation 1 month or less before the trip: No refund.
The down payment cannot be returned or transferred to another date, but guests may arrange a replacement person subject to approval.
Cancellation caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, severe weather, riots, disease outbreaks or government regulations, may be rescheduled according to the applicable policy.
Guests who arrive late at the meeting point and interfere with the scheduled travel arrangements may be considered to have forfeited the trip without a refund.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled trip.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
In emergency situations, severe weather or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control, the itinerary may be changed for passenger safety.
RESPONSIBILITY
Vinca Voyages is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss or damage, hotel issues or other transportation problems outside the operator’s control.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to boat facilities or equipment provided for their use.
All participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader and crew.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Participants who cause serious disturbances or behavior that affects the comfort of other guests may be removed from the trip without a refund.
